Funded account terms
These terms apply from the moment an account becomes funded. They sit on top of the terms of service and the rulebook, and they do not replace either. Nothing here changes the fact that the account is simulated.
Version 4.2 · In effect since 12 June 2026
What this covers
Three documents govern a Nexora account, and each has its own job.
- The terms of service govern your use of the site and your relationship with us.
- The rulebook sets the trading conditions: the target, the two loss limits and what you may trade.
- This document covers what changes once you are funded, and only that.
Where this document and the rulebook disagree on a trading matter, the rulebook wins. Where it and the terms of service disagree on a commercial matter, this document wins, because it is the more specific of the two.
Becoming funded
- An account qualifies when it reaches its plan's profit target — currently 8–10%, depending on which plan you bought — without breaching either loss limit.
- Qualifying and being funded are not the same thing. We review the account first, and funded status is granted by us rather than applied automatically.
- Review is normally complete within two business days. If it takes longer we tell you why.
- The review looks for breaches of the prohibited practices in the rulebook. It is not a judgement of your strategy, and a profitable but unusual approach is not a reason to refuse.
- If we refuse funded status we explain which clause was breached, in writing.
Still simulated
A funded account is a simulated account with a larger simulated balance. The word "funded" describes the size of the balance and your share of the result, nothing else.
- No capital is allocated to you and none is held on your behalf.
- No real financial instrument is bought or sold by you or for you.
- A payout is a performance-based reward for results produced on the simulated account. It is not profit from trading, an investment return, or a capital gain.
- You never carry liability for losses on the account. Your one-time evaluation fee remains your entire exposure.
Being funded does not make it real. If anyone tells you a funded prop account means you are trading a firm's actual capital, they are describing a different product from this one.
Our relationship
- You are not an employee, worker, agent, partner or contractor of Nexora, and nothing here creates any of those.
- You are not authorised to trade for us, represent us, or hold yourself out as acting on our behalf.
- You choose your own hours, strategy and instruments. We set the limits and nothing else.
- We give you no advice, signals or recommendations, and we are not responsible for the decisions you take on the account.
Limits that continue
Every rule from the evaluation stays in force on a funded account. The target is the only thing that disappears.
- Daily loss, 4–5% depending on the plan. Measured on equity against your balance at 00:00 UTC, and reset daily.
- Maximum drawdown, 6–10% depending on the plan. Static on most accounts, measured from the starting balance for the life of it — and trailing on the $50,000 and $100,000 crypto accounts, where the floor rises with your highest end-of-day balance and never comes back down.
- The drawdown floor is never reset by a payout. Withdrawing profit lowers your equity but leaves the floor where it was, so a payout brings you closer to it.
- There is still no time limit. A payout cycle asks for trading on at least four separate days, and the consistency cap in rulebook §09b applies to what is paid out.
Profit split
- Your share is 80–85% of realised profit, set by the plan you bought. The exact figure is stated on the plan before you pay and on your account's rules page afterwards.
- Once an account exists, its split is fixed for the life of that account. It does not change with how long you have been funded or with how much you have earned, and buying a different plan later never alters an account that already exists.
- Only realised profit counts. Unrealised profit on an open position is not payable until the position is closed.
- Losses carry forward. If the account is down from its high point, new profit first restores that ground before any of it becomes payable.
- If we ever raise the split, the new rate applies to every existing funded account at the same time.
Payouts
- Payouts are requested from your dashboard and run on a cycle: the first 21 days after the account is funded, then every 14 days.
- The minimum payout is $50. Anything below it carries into the next cycle rather than being forfeited.
- Two-factor authentication is required before a payout is approved, and cannot be switched on yet — see rulebook §12b. An otherwise eligible payout is held, not refused.
- Payment is made in USDC to a wallet in the account holder's own name. We do not pay to third-party wallets.
- Requests are normally paid within one business day of approval. Network congestion can add to that, and we do not control it.
- We may pause a request while we investigate a suspected breach. If nothing is found it is released in full, and we tell you what was checked.
- Profit already paid out is yours permanently and is never clawed back, including if the account is later closed for any reason.
Identity verification
- No identity check is needed to buy an evaluation or to trade. It is required once, before your first payout.
- Verification requires a valid government-issued ID. The name on it must match the account holder and the payout wallet.
- Verification is completed once per person, not once per account or per request.
- An account that cannot be verified cannot be paid. The account stays open and tradeable, but requests stay pending until verification is complete.
- Your documents are held only as long as the law requires and are never shared except where a legal or sanctions obligation demands it.
Scaling
- The largest account currently on sale is $100K.
- Scaling beyond that is not open yet. When it is, it will be applied on request and at our discretion, once an account has produced consistent realised profit over a reasonable period. Until then no account scales, and nothing on this page should be read as a commitment that one will.
- Scaling never changes the rules. The target, the loss limits and the split stay exactly as they are; only the balance grows.
- Because the limits are percentages of the starting balance, scaling raises your allowance in absolute terms as well.
- We may decline a scaling request. We will say why.
Inactivity
- A funded account with no closed trade for 30 consecutive days is treated as inactive and closed.
- You are notified by email at day 21 and again at day 28. A single closed trade resets the counter.
- Opening the dashboard does not count. A trade must be placed and closed.
- If a funded account is closed for inactivity, realised profit already earned remains payable. This is not a breach and nothing is forfeited.
- Tell support before a planned break and the clock can be paused once per account.
Breach and closure
- Touching either loss limit closes the account permanently, exactly as on an evaluation. There are no resets and no appeals.
- Open positions are closed at market at that moment and the account stops accepting orders.
- Realised profit earned before the breach and already approved for payout remains payable. Profit that only exists as a balance at the moment of the breach does not.
- A confirmed breach of the prohibited practices in the rulebook closes every account you hold and forfeits any pending payout.
- You may close a funded account yourself at any time. Realised profit remains payable.
- We may close a funded account with 30 days' notice for commercial reasons. Realised profit remains payable and you keep trading normally until then.
One person, one identity
- You may hold several funded accounts, provided every one is in your own name.
- Copying between your own accounts is permitted. Copying another person's account, or trading a shared signal across accounts held by different people, is not.
- Holding opposing positions across separate accounts so that one is guaranteed to profit is not permitted. Hedging inside a single account is.
- A funded account may not be sold, rented, shared or transferred, and may not be traded by anyone other than the account holder.
Tax
Payouts are made gross. You are responsible for declaring and paying any tax due in your own jurisdiction, and for deciding how a performance reward should be treated there. We do not withhold tax, we do not file on your behalf, and nothing on this page is tax advice. If the amounts are meaningful to you, speak to an accountant in your own country before your first payout, not after.
Your data and your record
- We keep a record of every trade on the account, and use it to monitor risk and to check for breaches.
- We may publish anonymous, aggregated statistics, such as pass rates or total payouts. Nothing published identifies you.
- Your name or result is published only where you have turned on a public profile or given us permission separately.
- You may export your own trading record at any time from your dashboard.
Changes to these terms
- A funded account is governed by the version of these terms and of the rulebook that was in effect on the day it was activated, not the version live today.
- If a change would tighten a limit or reduce your split, existing funded accounts stay on their original terms until you choose to move.
- If a change is in your favour, it is applied to every existing funded account at the same time.
- Material changes are notified by email at least 14 days before they take effect.
- Changes required by law or by a sanctions framework take effect immediately and are the one exception to the clauses above.
